The Ram Agency, Young’s internal agency, offers Sous Chef shifts across 270 pubs with flexible hours and online rota management. You will be employed by Young’s and enjoy benefits while choosing when to work.

We welcome experienced Sous Chefs or Senior CDPs who lead teams, create quality menus, and drive sales. Expect hands-on leadership, strong communication, and effective kitchen scheduling aligned with health & safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Sous Chef or Senior CDP with leadership and passion for quality fresh food.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Hands-on chef with excellent communication skills.
• Manage kitchen staff rota, training and health & safety.
• Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for GP and labour controls.
• Proactive approach to driving sales and growth with kitchen and front-of-house.
