Choice Care Group is seeking a Social Care Worker in Salisbury to deliver high-quality care with 36 hours per week on a rota that includes weekends. The role includes training and progression opportunities, with in-house training provided free of charge and a clear career path from day one.

The job involves personal care, medication administration, and assisting residents in daily activities while following care plans and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
