Job summary

Choice Care is seeking a Social Care Worker in Maidenhead to join our team on a 36-hour week with shift work including weekends. You will be trained and mentored from day one, with free in-house training and a clear career path, helping residents with personal care and daily activities in a supportive home environment.

Key duties include personal care, medication administration, assisting residents with outings and activities, and maintaining daily records.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
