Choice Care is seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our Reading team at Boxgrove House. The role involves personal care, medication administration and supporting residents with daily activities on a 48-hour rota, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow care plans.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Prior experience not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding support.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents with daily activities and outings.
• Following care plans and company policies.
• Keeping written daily records.
• Attending and completing required training.
