The role includes shift work and weekend rotas, offering flexible patterns to fit around personal commitments. You will work in a supportive team and contribute to residents’ safety, happiness and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided on the job.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends as rota.
• Good communication and team player mindset.

Responsabilités

• Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents and taking part in activities and outings.
• Following care plan guidelines and company policies.
• Maintaining accurate written daily records.
• Attending and completing required training.
