Qualifications

• Being flexible to shift patterns and weekends.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and colleagues.
• Willingness to complete in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assist residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Follow care plan guidance and company policies and procedures.
• Develop an open, honest working relationship with residents.
• Maintain written daily records.
• Attend and complete required training.
