Choice Care Group is seeking a Social Care Worker to join our Worting area team. The role offers 36 hours per week on a rota that includes weekends.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive in-house training is provided and a clear career path is set from day one. You will provide personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and maintain records while following care plans and our policies.

Qualifications

• No prior social care experience required; in-house training provided.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends on a rota.
• Desire to help people live safe, fulfilling lives.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assist residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Follow care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures.
• Develop an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents.
• Maintain written daily records.
• Attend and complete training, as required.
