SENse Learning in Oxford is seeking Intervention Tutors to provide bespoke, one-to-one sessions for pupils with SEND/SEMH needs, including MLD/SLD/ PMLD. You will deliver in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring, tailoring sessions to individual EHCPs and risk assessments, building confidence and essential skills.

We offer rolling interviews, flexible hours, competitive pay (£35–£45 per hour), and a supportive team to assist you in registering as self-employed if needed.

Formación

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• QTS or QTLS required; safeguarding and trauma-informed practice preferred.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring tailored to each learner.
• Plan, deliver and report on lessons; monitor progress with regular feedback.
• Work within local authorities and schools via flexible scheduling with clients.
