Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners across the UK. Roles include in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science, with a trauma-informed approach and strong safeguarding practices.

We offer flexible hours, part-time to full-time schedules, CPD and mentoring, and a supportive SEND team to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
• Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs, including MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
• Support pupils and students, ranging from KS1 - KS5 (as appropriate for your skills), referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• We aim to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including those with MLD/SLD/PMLD
