Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners. Roles offer in-person, hybrid, or remote teaching with a trauma-informed approach and flexible hours.

We welcome applicants with QTS/QTLS, DBS clearance, and 2+ references. Roles are self-employed, supporting young people through Maths, English, or Science tuition across KS1–KS5 in partnership with schools and authorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity teaching Maths, English, and/or Science to diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition for Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring for KS1–KS5.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback to pupils and guardians.
