Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged learners with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles focus on Maths, English or Science tuition delivered in a trauma-informed manner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and give feedback on student progress.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring.
• Create a safe learning environment and flexible tutoring arrangements.
