Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged learners across the UK. Roles offer in-person, hybrid, or remote teaching of Maths, English, or Science, with flexible hours and self-employed status.

We provide CPD, mentoring, safeguarding support, and opportunities to work with local authorities and schools to improve outcomes for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD in a holistic, trauma-informed approach.
• Subjects include English, Maths and/or Science.
• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS clearance and 2+ professional references are required or can be facilitated.
• UK-based with right to work, including remote/online opportunities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1–KS5 with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons and report on student progress with regular feedback.
• Contribute to a mission-driven, child-centered approach and safeguarding policies.
