Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is seeking motivated SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English and Science tutoring across in-person, hybrid, and remote settings. You will work with SEND/SEMH learners, planning engaging sessions and tracking progress in a trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed setting
• Qualifications: QTS / QTLS
• Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
• Location: UK-based with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
• Safeguarding knowledge and creating a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for SEND learners and other needs
