Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to support young people with SEMH and SEND needs in the UK. Role involves in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition for KS1–KS5 learners, working with local authorities and schools.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Location: Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online roles.
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 as appropriate for your skills, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to a mission to raise the standard of education for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
