TeacherActive is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work flexibly across Leicester SEND settings, with potential for long-term placement. Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND in education settings.
• Experience in education, SEND, or care environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills required.
• Ability to adapt support to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to learners with SEND.
• Deliver targeted small-group learning assistance.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to plan activities.
