Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND
• Experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
• A good understanding of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable pupils
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEND

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with mixed SEND needs, helping them engage with learning and follow routines.
• Develop pupils' confidence and independence through structured activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement learning plans.
