Job summary

Teaching Tomorrow is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. This supply role offers the flexibility to work across multiple schools and the potential for long-term positions.

You will provide targeted 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs, assist teachers with lessons, and help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in education, preferably 1:1.
• Qualifications are desirable but not required.
• Passion for helping young learners succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to students, ensuring they can engage effectively with learning
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required
