Job summary

BP Retail is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support store customers and contribute to a vibrant team. You will greet customers, serve from the Wild Bean Café, replenish stock, take deliveries, and assist with promotions while upholding bp policies.

No prior retail experience is required; online and on-the-job training will help you develop the skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and flexible hours offered.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority.
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs.
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café.
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks.
• Being proactive with supporting bp's offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme.
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt.
