SCR is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers for flexible agency shifts across residential care settings in the UK. You will help vulnerable children and young people feel safe, supported and valued, providing day-to-day care and building trusting relationships.

This role offers flexible hours and the potential to progress into a permanent position with the homes, supported by a dedicated recruitment team for ongoing work across multiple settings.

Competenze

• 6+ months' experience working with children or young people in a residential setting
• A clean UK driving licence
• Be 21 years of age or over
• Flexibility to work long days, weekends and sleep-in shifts
• Genuine commitment to working with vulnerable children and young people
