SCR is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality care to children and young people in residential settings across the UK. This agency role offers flexibility to fit around your commitments while delivering meaningful support.

You will help children feel safe, supported and valued, build trusted relationships and contribute to their daily routines and development, with opportunities to move into permanent positions with the homes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months' experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
• To be 21 years of age or over.
• A clean UK driving licence.
• The flexibility to work long days, weekends and sleep-in shifts when required.
• Genuine commitment to working with vulnerable children and young people.

• Providing day-to-day care and support to vulnerable children and young people.
• Building positive and trusting relationships.
• Supporting young people with their daily routines and individual needs.
• Engaging children in activities, hobbies and interests.
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and personal development.

• Supporting children with autism and other additional needs.
