Job summary

HQN Ltd., based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich, is seeking a Rent Support Officer Prevention (Permanent) to join a high performing team. The role focuses on preventing arrears and sustaining tenancies while delivering excellent customer service in a flexible hybrid setup.

The role requires a positive, target-driven approach and a driving licence. Hours are 37 per week with an annual salary of £33,232.58 plus mileage allowance, and a DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Maths) or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential.
• DBS check will be required.
• Flexible working requires a suitable space with internet access.
