Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit venues in a designated area, perform a small number of observations and report online. No interaction with staff is required and visits are anonymous.

The role is part-time and flexible, designed to fit around other work or commitments. Full UK driving licence and smartphone are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Willing to visit pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window.
