Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit venues in a designated area, complete a small number of observations, and report online. The role is part-time and flexible, designed to fit around other work or commitments.

Auditors are paid per completed visit, with travel expenses covered. Full UK driving licence and smartphone required; no prior experience needed.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No prior auditing/mystery shopping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues in the same area; more venues may be visited when possible.
