Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. This is a part-time, flexible role within the PubTV team, with visits that are anonymous and observational only.

You will visit venues in a designated area, complete short observations within a time window, and report findings via our online system. Full UK driving licence and smartphone are required; no prior experience needed.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Smartphone with internet access.
Comfortable working independently.
Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
Completing visits during an allocated time window.
Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
Recording findings through our online reporting system.
Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
