Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues across the UK. Visits are anonymous and purely observational; you will not test or interact with staff.

This part-time, flexible role is designed to fit around other work or commitments. Auditors are paid per completed visit, with reasonable travel expenses covered in addition to audit fees, and full route planning support is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access is required.
• Comfortable working independently and unsupervised.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a designated area.
• Completing visits within the allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on project requirements.
• Recording findings through the online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
