Job summary

Serve Legal is seeking part-time auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs, and social venues across the UK. Visit venues within a designated area, perform simple observations, and report findings via our online system. No staff interaction required and travel expenses are covered where applicable.

This role is flexible and project-based, ideal to fit around other commitments. Training and support are provided by Area Managers, with varied opportunities across sectors.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window, however we understand that not every venue will always be reached.
