Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting part-time auditors to visit pubs, bars, clubs and social venues across the UK to collect observational data for a media research client. Visits are anonymous, quick and straightforward, with simple observations recorded online.

The role is flexible and project-based, ideal to fit around other work or commitments. Auditors work within a defined area, choosing opportunities by location and availability, and travel expenses are covered in addition to audit fees.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area.
