Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, clubs and social venues across the UK. You will visit a designated area, complete a small number of observations, and report findings using our online system. Audits are anonymous and purely observational, with no staff interaction required.

This is a part-time, flexible role ideal to fit around other commitments. You decide which opportunities to accept, travel expenses are covered, and audits can be completed on

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area. Auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible during the allocated time window.
