Job summary

Connex Education is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for flexible primary school work across Frome. You can take on day-to-day supply or longer placements that fit around your commitments and preferences.

Role involves supporting pupils in various classroom settings, helping learners thrive, and building positive relationships with staff and students. Frome-based opportunities, competitive daily rates, and weekly PAYE payments are offered.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience is desirable.
• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting is beneficial.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments.
