Job summary

Aspire People are seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to support schools across Kettering, Corby and surrounding Northamptonshire areas. The role offers flexible daily bookings with 150–175 per day, depending on experience and assignment.

You will deliver engaging lessons, follow the National Curriculum, manage behaviour, and adapt to different schools and year groups. QTS and a full UK driving licence are required for this flexible supply work.

Qualifications

• QTS - essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Availability for supply work Monday-Friday.
• Flexibility to travel across Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across the primary age range.
• Follow lesson plans and the National Curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and teaching environments.
• Support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Follow safeguarding procedures.
