Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to work across Kettering and surrounding areas in Northampton. Flexible daily and long-term assignments offer varied school experiences.

You will deliver engaging lessons, maintain safe classrooms, and adapt to different year groups while satisfying safeguarding and policy requirements. A valid QTS and driving licence are preferred to access a range of schools.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to teach across different primary year groups.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with school plans and curriculum requirements.
• Maintain a positive, safe and well-managed classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different pupils and year groups.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour management expectations.
• Support pupils' progress, learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
