Job summary

Aspire People are actively recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support local primary schools across Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas, offering daily rates of £150-£175. QTS is essential, and a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required.

Roles are flexible and cover day-to-day and short-term classroom supply, Monday to Friday. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers seeking variety and continuity across different school environments.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential.
• Must have a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Availability to work across the week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to travel between Kettering, Corby and nearby schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across the primary age range in line with the National Curriculum.
• Follow existing lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and foster a positive learning environment.
• Adapt to different school settings, year groups and pupil needs.
• Support pupils' academic progress, confidence and wellbeing.
• Encourage positive behaviour, participation and a love of learning.
• Collaborate professionally with teaching staff and school leadership teams.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements.
