Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Kettering, Corby and the surrounding areas. You will deliver day-to-day classroom cover with competitive daily pay of 150-175 and flexible assignments throughout the school week.

To be considered you must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and be available Monday to Friday to travel between local schools in Kettering and Corby.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential for consideration.
• Own transport and driving licence are required.
• Availability to work across the Monday–Friday school week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across the primary age range in line with the National Curriculum.
• Follow existing lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt to different school settings and year groups.
