The Role - Primary Supply Teacher

You will provide classroom cover across a range of local primary schools, delivering engaging lessons and ensuring continuity of learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons across the primary age range.
• Following lesson plans and the National Curriculum.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Adapting quickly to different schools, year groups and teaching environments.
• Supporting pupils' learning, development and wellbeing.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Availability for supply work throughout the Monday-Friday school week.
• Flexibility to travel across Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
