Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers in the United Kingdom. You will deliver letters and parcels as part of your round, both by driving and walking, in a community-focused role that keeps people connected.

Expect shift-based pay with a variety of times, and the potential for the role to become permanent. A valid UK driving licence is essential and physical fitness for daily walking is required.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence: Full, manual UK licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and handle items up to 16 kg.
• Shifts vary; team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of your round.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and deliver items to the community.
• Ensure items reach destinations safely and on time.
