Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers through Angard Recruitment. You will drive a Royal Mail van and deliver letters and parcels, with lots of walking and a shift-based schedule.

Roles offer varied days, community impact, and the opportunity to move into a permanent position. Training and driving assessment are part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and handle a 16kg mailbag.
• Shifts can vary and require adaptability at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of a Royal Mail round, both on foot and by van.
• Secure delivery of all items and comply with business standards for sensitive materials.
