Job summary

Chillington Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our small rural team. This permanent, part-time role offers flexible hours and a supportive environment with opportunities for training and development.

You will work with GPs and ANP to deliver high-quality care, including immunisations, chronic disease management and health promotion, within your competence and scope. Salary is negotiable, starting from £16.50 per hour and aligned with experience and competencies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.
• Proven ability to work within own scope of practice and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Provide immunisations and vaccinations as trained.
• Contribute to health promotion and long-term condition management.
• Undertake routine nursing duties and health checks.
• Escalate clinical concerns to GP or ANP as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records.
