Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice.
• Immunisations and vaccinations (adult and travel), health promotion and disease prevention.
• Long-term condition management and health checks.
• Womens health including cervical screening, contraception where competent.
• Wound care, dressings, sutures removal; venepuncture and ECGs.
• Record keeping with SNOMED CT coding; maintain confidentiality.
• Liaise with GP partners and wider clinical team; escalate appropriately.
