Job summary

Recruit Genie is seeking a reliable and self-managing team member for a fixed-term, part-time role. The position runs 16 hours per week across day or evening shifts, including weekends, with duties at front desk, guest services, and housekeeping support.

You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with preparing rooms, monitor the car park, and liaise between departments and guests. DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required; you will be expected to respond flexibly and run shifts

Responsibilities

• Support front desk guest services.
• Maintain cleanliness and monitor recycling station.
• Housekeeping assistance in communal areas.
• Clean bedrooms (strip beds, empty bins, dust, vacuum).
• Car park monitoring and litter removal.
• Ensure good communication between departments and guests.
• Follow company policies and operating procedures; run shift independently.
• Fire Marshal duties; First Aid trained (external training offered).
• Handle guest complaints with appropriate solutions with the Hotel Manager.
