Recruit Genie is seeking a reliable hotel assistant to manage front desk guest services and housekeeping tasks on a 40-hour week. You will work two shifts, days, and a weekend rotation, with occasional extra shifts.

You must stay organised, communicate well, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with departments, supervising shifts, and adhering to hotel procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting front desk guest services
• Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and monitoring the recycling station
• Housekeeping assistance within communal areas
• Cleaning bedrooms, stripping beds, emptying bins, dusting and vacuuming
• Car park monitoring - litter picking and emptying bins
• Ensure good communication between departments, suppliers and guests
• Adhere to company policies and established operating procedures
• Independantly responsible for running shift
• Fire Marshal duties
• First Aid trained (external training offered)
• Guest Experience: Ensure the services delivered are always in line with agreed principles
• In cooperation with the Hotel Manager, handle and provide adequate solutions to complaints, team issues, and general hotel issues
