Job summary

Propel Search is seeking a part- or fully-qualified Management Accountant to join a global recruitment firm in Leeds on a 0.8 FTE basis. You will produce timely management accounts with reconciliations and support auditable records, including cashflow forecasting and KPI reporting.

You will oversee the subledger team, contribute to year-end audits, and help develop financial processes, plans, and collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced with Sage 50.
• Management accounting experience preferred.
• Able to articulate clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce timely, complete management accounts with reconciliations and auditable records.
• Cashflow forecasting and KPI reporting; financial reporting to Operations.
• Oversee subledger team and support year-end audit process.
• Assist in development of financial processes and annual plans.
• Act as first line supervisor for AP, Banking, AR and Payroll.
