Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a reliable Supply Teaching Assistant for roles across Billericay and Essex. This flexible position lets you choose days, while you gain experience across primary, secondary and early years settings.

You'll support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and help maintain a calm, structured learning environment across different schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
