Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Beckfields to drive kitchen operations, quality, and team leadership in a fast-paced pub environment. You will support the Kitchen Manager, ensure top-notch food, and mentor the brigade to meet service standards.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills on the Beckfields team within the Stonegate Group, a major UK pub operator, delivering great guest experiences and food excellence daily.

Qualifications

• Assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team.
• Maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill.
• Keep up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, and H&S knowledge.
• Demonstrate willingness to develop personally while advancing Beckfields' brigade.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specification for guests.
• Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the Kitchen Manager’s absence.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and supplies.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times.
• Offer suggestions and ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Lead the team to achieve company targets.
