Barker Ross is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Desborough team, offering flexible working hours to fit around your life while supporting our industrial temporary recruitment desk.

You’ll recruit candidates, build client relationships, manage bookings, and carry out inductions at client sites across Northamptonshire; travel and a full UK driving licence are essential, with early-morning site checks common.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recruitment experience.
• Industrial recruitment experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Friendly, proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
• Reliable and flexible with time.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit candidates for temporary jobs.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage bookings and support temporary workers.
• Visit client sites across Northamptonshire to carry out inductions.
• Attend early-morning onsite check-ins.
