Job summary

Ideal Recruit is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Industrial team in Daventry, supporting clients and their warehouse operations.

You will work with management to understand recruitment needs, source candidates, manage the full process from initial contact to onboarding, and ensure compliance.

This is a full-time role with a 09:00–17:00 schedule, training provided, and a starting salary from £25,842 depending on experience. A driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements.
• Deliver a high-quality recruitment service.
• Source candidates using CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Register new candidates and ensure compliance is up to date.
• Support the team with general recruitment administration.
