Job summary

Barker Ross Group is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer in Desborough to support our Industrial temporary desk with flexible hours. You will recruit candidates for temporary roles, build client relationships and manage bookings, with travel to Northamptonshire for inductions and early onsite check-ins.

The role offers flexible patterns to suit your life, including early starts and split-day arrangements, along with annual leave, pension, and development opportunities.

Recruitment Resourcer - Flexible Working Hours

Location: Desborough

Looking for a recruitment role that fits around your life, rather than the other way around?

Barker Ross is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly team in Desborough, supporting our Industrial temporary recruitment desk.

This role could be ideal if you have recruitment experience but need something more flexible than the usual 9-5 job. Whether you have family commitments, other responsibilities or simply prefer to split your working day, we're happy to consider different working patterns for the right person.

The Role

You'll help keep our temporary recruitment desk running smoothly by:

• Finding and recruiting candidates for temporary jobs.

• Building relationships with clients and candidates.

• Managing bookings and supporting temporary workers.

• Visiting client sites across Northamptonshire to carry out inductions.

• Attending early morning onsite check-ins.

Flexible Working Hours

We understand that a traditional working day doesn't suit everyone!

Our clients sometimes need support early in the morning, so we're open to discussing a working pattern that works for both you and the business.

For example, you could work 6am-9am, then return for a further 3-4 hours in the afternoon, rather than working a full day in one block.

We can also consider other flexible arrangements, depending on your availability and the needs of our clients.

The role involves travel to client sites across Northamptonshire, so flexibility around start times and a full UK driving licence with access to transport are essential.
