Ideal Recruit Ltd in Hinckley is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Industrial team. You will help clients find suitable candidates for warehouse operations and manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to onboarding.

The role requires a positive attitude, proactive approach and the ability to handle a busy workload. Full training is provided, with a 9:00–17:00 schedule and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing is desirable.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage a busy workload.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand recruitment needs with management and client requirements.
• Deliver a high-quality recruitment service to clients.
• Source candidates using CV databases, job boards and other tools.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from first contact to onboarding.
• Register new candidates and ensure compliance is up to date.

Ideal recruit are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Hinckley, supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration

What we offer:

• Salary £25.842 - depending on experience

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable (minimum 6 months), but not essential
• Driving licence is required
