Compass Community seeks dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our Compass Homes team in Cottingham. You will be central to helping children and young people thrive, building trusting relationships, safeguarding, and supporting them in daily activities and education.

A valid driving licence is required, and you will work flexibly across shifts. No prior experience is essential; we provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to help you develop in this role within a supportive home

• Caring and able to build positive relationships with others.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with children and young people in care, building positive relationships and safeguarding them.
• Meet a variety of children and young people, some needing higher levels of supervision and support.
• Assist with care of children and young people, supporting them in activities, hobbies and education.
• Create timetables and set boundaries to provide structure and consistency.
