Job summary

• Must be 22+ years old to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Must have a valid manual driving licence.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

• Support children and young people in care, building positive relationships and safeguarding.
• Meet a variety of children, providing supervision and emotional support.
• Assist with care, activities, hobbies and educational pursuits.
• Create timetables, set boundaries and expectations for the children.
