Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking experienced support workers across the United Kingdom to join our homes supporting children and young people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The role includes providing personalised care, assisting with activities and sharing in day‑to‑day routines within homes across England and Wales.

You will undertake induction training, safeguarding modules, and Wales induction where applicable, with ongoing development opportunities and flexible

Qualifications

• Has or is willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) (“the Level 3 Diploma”).
• Registered person should meet safeguarding and professional practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individual young people with complex health, physical and learning needs.
• Attend to day-to-day needs and help them access activities, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with parents, schools and external agencies.
• Provide high‑quality personal care and promote independence.
• Complete induction training and safeguarding modules as required.
